Harriet Ann Goldman has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in the higher education and nonprofit sectors.  She was founding director of a regional arts-in-education organization considered best-in-kind by the California Arts Council, and has provided strategic planning, change management, and group facilitation services to a wide range of nonprofit and government agencies. Working with members of the Aspiranet Senior Management Team, Ann will help to define a fund development plan, based on industry best practices, to inform the design and implementation of an IT platform to manage the Agency’s new fundraising processes.
