Bill Pace has 25 years of experience as a senior executive providing strategic management consulting services. A participant in the first Silicon Valley Encore Fellows program, Pace developed a business plan to expand the Encore.org website for Civic Ventures and worked as part of a team at Aspiranet.
Mee Leng Wang and Bill Blodgett have a combined 54 years of experience in various marketing and customer support roles at Hewlett-Packard and “job-shared” their Encore Fellowship.
Scott Allen was part of the inaugural Silicon Valley Encore Fellows cohort and was placed at Aspiranet to create a business plan for an encore careers job-matching system in California.

A participant in the first Silicon Valley Encore Fellows program, Pace developed a business plan to expand the Encore.org website for Civic Ventures, and worked as part of a team at Aspiranet with Encore Fellow Scott Allen. Pace is currently serving as an Aspiranet Board Member for EncoreConnect.

Mee Leng Wang and Bill Blodgett have a combined 54 years of experience in various marketing and customer support roles at Hewlett-Packard and “job-shared” their Encore Fellowship. During their fellowship year they partnered to bring business development and change management expertise to Aspiranet’s Experience Corps Bay Area program. Since then, they have continued to work on change management initiatives at Aspiranet.

Scott Allen was part of the inaugural Silicon Valley Encore Fellows cohort and was placed at Aspiranet to create a business plan for an encore careers job-matching system in California. He utilized his extensive executive experience and expertise in small business management and marketing in publishing at MacAdam CAGE Publishing and in the financial sector. Post-fellowship he has continued to serve as a consultant on various Aspiranet projects.
